For those of you ready to commit or submit to the book show and ensuing exhibit, we have just the form for you. Below you can download a copy of the PDF and send a check to the address noted within to commit to participate. If you have a physical copy of your book ready to submit, please send that along as well. We will need all physical copies delivered to the gallery no later than January 31, 2012.

I sent my book on 1/17 but the check i sent with it didnt clear yet? can you tell me if it made it to the gallery?
